The Position:

• Receiving and sorting incoming parts.
• File parts requisitions from technicians in a timely manner.
• Processing requests and ordering parts via computer systems; helping customers in person and over the phone.
• Preparing orders to replenish parts and supplies.
• Following through with customer orders and concerns.
• Maintain periodical parts return as needed; filing claims as directed by Parts Manager.
• Participate in the annual physical inventory counting of all items as well as performing spot counts throughout the year to ensure an accurate inventory.
• Monitor parts sales on a regular basis to stay up-to-date on achievement of budgeted sales and department objectives.
• Keep current on manufacturer's terms, discounts and special programs.
• Participate in customer clinics.

Skills Required:

• Must be a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
• Mechanically inclined with a passion for motor sports
• Parts experience required, as well as excellent sales skills
• Experience and journeyman certificate is an asset.
• Strong computer skills are required for this position.

Position: Seasonal Turf Customer Support

Wage: $18-$21 per hour

This position does include working Saturdays 8am-4pm. This is a seasonal position through the peak turf season, with potential for extension or future opportunities.

THE POSITION:

Provide the right solutions for our clients by:

• Describe features and benefits of products.

• Assisting with store displays to match current offers.
• Stay up to date with product specifications, industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Work closely with Service and Parts department to ensure full cycle customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives and Managers to achieve sales targets.

You’ll need a flexible schedule - prepared to provide after-hours support based on our client’s business needs. And, you have a clean drivers abstract - ability to drive a truck & trailer is an asset.

• Are available to work 6 days a week (long hours are required on install days 10+) overtime is mandatory
• Operate forklift (training provided)
• Pick orders
• Load trailers
• Required to be in the water while installing
• Work well with others to complete tasks
• Have a professional and positive outlook while on the job
• Class 5 License + Clean Drivers Abstract required.
